Welcome to the Sunflower Class website page. We are so excited to welcome back some familiar faces as well as some new faces this year. It’s going to be a great one! 

Mrs Burke is our teacher and our classroom assistants are Mrs Doherty, Mr McCann and Miss McCabe. We are all so looking forward to working with you this year.

Currently children start at 9.10 and enter at the church car park entrance. However, a  lot of exciting work has been going on in the Social Communications unit so starting times and entrances are set to change in the coming weeks. We will keep you up to date. Your child will be met at the front door each day and will be picked up after school @ 1:50 Monday to Thursday and 1:20 each Friday. 

All children have their own home/school diary and we would ask you to check this every day, remembering to complete the ‘home’ section and return it the following day. 

We use the Seesaw app which also enables us to communicate with each other. You should have received a code to access this. We use it to provide you with any important or relevant information, as well as sending  photos and updates of what your child has been doing. We would ask you to check in regularly. You can also use the app to let us know if your child will be late or absent from school. 

Please remember to label all items of clothing, especially jumpers.
