Oustanding performances from Clodagh and Niamh in today’s league semi final, saw us over the line in a dramatic win against St Brides.
After 5 minutes our girls found themselves missing chances and 4-0 down!
Clodagh scored an inspirational point to get us back into the game. Our defence consisting of Roise, Aine, Olivia and Alanna battled through a tough period to keep us in the game.
Joint captain Niamh produced a second half masterclass scoring 1:04 and adding to her late first half goal.
Laiose then scored a late goal to insure we qualified for the league final!
Special mentions for Rebecca, Izzy, CC, Aoibhinn, Aoife, Una and Holly for working so hard and battling to the end!
